Online project management systems have become essential tools in managing dispersed teams involved in completing projects around the world. After working with many different systems, GreenbergFarrow decided to develop our own customized system built on the industry-leading USGN™ platform. Our goal was to go beyond simple document management and create a fully integrated system where project information is entered once and becomes accessible to the entire project team as needed. The result is ProjecTrac®, which has hosted over one thousand projects, hundreds of users, and dozens of client programs. ProjecTrac® is tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients, with branding, workflows, and security levels adapted to each company. All team members, including the owner, architects, consultants, bidders, contractors, and suppliers communicate through the system. GreenbergFarrow also provides consulting services to clients who manage their own online systems. This includes programming assistance, custom report development, web development, and other customization services.
